Beach birthday cards diy

My mom called and asked for a special birthday card, and we discussed themes. We landed on 'beach'. At first I was toying with the idea of using a seashell stamp, but at the last minute decided on this... What do you think? Does it look like waves rolling into the beach? Made my first card for the DTGD challenges today! This card fits Robin's, Kittie's and Tricia's challenges! Thanks for the great challenges, ladies! Sponged the background, masking as I went, stamped sentiment, sponged and die cut grass and sea gull, and die cut chair. Frame is die cut from wood grain pp, and frame, chair, umbrella and bird are popped up with dimensionals for a shadow box effect.
