HONEY BUTTER BBQ CHICKEN BISCUITS (makes 10)
1/2 rotisserie chicken
1/3 cup barbecue sauce
1 tsp. ranch seasoning
1 tube refrigerated flaky biscuits
3 slices cheddar cheese, cut into quarters
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. honey

Preheat oven to 350F and shred chicken with barbecue sauce and ranch seasoning. In a greased 12-count muffin tin, place half of each biscuit on the bottom, followed by chicken (you can top with extra barbecue sauce if you like it saucier), cheese, and the top half of the biscuit. Stir together butter and honey and brush that on top of the biscuits before baking for 12-15 minutes, or until golden and flaky.

A weight watchers recipe I obtained from a message board at www.dwlz.com. Per serving of 2 each: 230 calories, 6 gm fat, 2 gm fiber. WW Points per serving : 5 You could also add more veggies to make this more "pot pie-ish". This may change your point count, depending on what you add.
