You will need a chair/stepper/bench or anything elevated for this workout as well. 

You can also add a resistance loop band (over your thighs) for more of a challenge. 

Do each exercise 12 reps (if alternating sides, do 12 reps in total). Repeat this circuit 3x. 

Take short ~20 sec breaks in between exercises and about 1 min break in between rounds.
