Bambara Beans  grow like groundnuts/peanuts. It can be cooked at harvest time with the shells on but after cooking, the shell is cracked open with hands and the Bambara bean eaten, is very delicious. It is high in protein and takes a very long time to cook so cooking it requires time and patience.  For its Preparation search for Bambara Beans on youtube.
