Baking challenge ideas

So recently, with work and life being so busy, I have forgotten the most wonderful thing I can do. Baking. It is such a joy to be in the kitchen baking something from scratch for my family and friends. I always thought that would be my career, however my path has gone a different way for now. So my co-worker recently started the 30 day photography challenge, and it inspired me. So since I couldn't find an actual baking challenge, I created my own. I thought it would be a good way to get back…

In February 2018, I put together a list of 25 baked goods I'd like to attempt to make within a year (or so). Every few months, I'll update the list and write about my attempts. Hopefully they'll all turn out perfectly, but we all know the real world of baking doesn't work like that :) See below for my list and update posts!
