Here is the first set of plans I've laid out. I'm pondering a few different types

In this How to Build a House video, I have built a Chinese courtyard house otherwise known as the Siheyuan. This is a historic looking build but I wanted it to be a crafting base so the interiors are not traditional and I have given most of the base over to crafting and production. The main building has industrial forges and a Tek replicator inside surrounded by vaults and storage.
