Protein is so important and most women are not getting the recommended 100g a day.  Getting good at finding ways to add protein to things you already cook is key to hitting 100g of protein a day!  @kettleandfire Bone Broth is a staple at my house! Hit that save button now!   1lb lean ground chicken, turkey or beef 2 cups corn (I used frozen but you can use 1 can) 1 can rinsed black beans 1 can rotel ½ cup low fat cottage cheese. Taco seasoning  Brown your meat on your stove top, add taco seasoning to taste.  Mix in corn, beans and royal and allow to cook for a few minutes. This mixture is my go to taco or burrito filling.  This alone makes 5 servings and is only 240 calories and 28g protein.  But to really up the protein content and make it super cheesy add ½ cup of low fat cottage cheese to each serving and heat for one minute in your microwave and enjoy!
