And with this recipe, it doesn’t get any simpler! For a small 18cm (7 inch) mould you’ll need:
👉 3 eggs
👉 450g room temperature cream cheese
👉 180g sweetened condensed milk 

1. Whisk eggs until foamy
2. Whisk in cream cheese and condensed milk until fully combined
3. Bake for 20-25 mins at 200C (400F)

Ingredients

360g softened cream cheese

70g confectioners’ sugar

10g cornstarch

3 eggs

1 egg yolk

100g heavy cream

 

Steps:

Softened the cream cheese. Add in confectioners’ sugar and beat until smooth. Add in cornstarch and beat until smooth. Gradually add in 3 eggs and 1 egg yolk, beat until well combined. Add in heavy cream and mix well.
Preheat the oven to 428℉(220℃). Line the loaf pan with parchment paper, pour in the batter and send into the oven to bake for 28 minutes. Let the cheesecake cool down in room temperature.
