When I traded my protein bar for a real breakfast between 400-500 calories and 20-30g of protein 😍, here’s what happened. ⬇️

My mid afternoon crash went away. If you are reaching for sweets around school pick up time, try to make sure your breakfast has at least 30g of protein.

Mama, a handful of almonds or even two scrambled eggs is not going to cut it. 🙅🏼‍♀️

Build your breakfast list to a total of 20 to 30g of protein. Here are some ideas 👇🏻 Mix & match!
