1 big Cup Sooji
1/2 Cup Curd
1/2 Cup water 
mix well n
Leave it for 15 mins

For tadka 
1 Spn Oil
1/2 Spn Sarson
Kadhi Patta
Add your fav Veggies
Capsicum 
Carrot 
Tomato 
Onion 
Cook for 2 mins 

Add these fried veggies in batter 
mix well

Add 1 spn Salt 
1 Spn Chat Masala
N at last 1/3 Spn Baking soda 

Mix N Transfer it to Greased Appe Maker 

Cook both sides for 5-6 min 
on med to low flame 
Serve With Green Chutney
