I had a half a jar of pesto sitting in the fridge that I needed to use and I’m so glad I added it to this vinaigrette! 🌿 Creamy Pesto Vinaigrette: 1/2 cup olive oil 1/2 cup red wine vinegar 3-4 cloves minced garlic 1/4 cup pesto 2 tbsp mayonnaise Salt & Pepper (to taste) 1.
