(4 tbsp.) • 25g powdered sugar (~3 tbsp.) • 1/8 t. salt • 60g all purpose flour (1/2 c.) 1 t. matcha Beat together the butter, powdered sugar & salt until combined. Add in the flour and matcha and beat just until a cohesive dough forms. Transfer the dough to a clean work surface lightly dusted with powdered sugar. Roll the dough out until it is 1/4” thick, then cut out the shamrocks and repeat 2x with the scraps of dough. Transfer the shamrocks to a parchment lined baking sheet and let them sit in the freezer for 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350F/175C. Once
