CRISPY KOREAN TOFU
Mmmm this tasty Korean tofu is perfect when making up grain bowls. I served it over jasmine rice and accompanied by pan seared baby bok choy and vegan kimchee then sprinkled with sesame seeds and chopped scallions. Easy peasy and oh so delish.

- 1/2 cup rolled oats - 1/2 banana - 1/2 cup plant milk, unsweetened - 1 tbsp maple syrup - 1 tbsp vivolife unflavoured protein powder - 1/2 tsp baking powder - raspberries - vegan chocolate chips - peanut butter Directions: Set oven to 180C/360F. Add all ingredients, except the toppings, to a blender and mix until you have a smooth batter. Pour batter into an oven safe tray & add raspberries and chocolate chips, gently pressing the raspberries into the batter. Bake for 25 minutes.
