40min · 6 servings vegan pie crust, homemade or store-bought silken tofu or soft tofu vegan cheese shreds chickpea flour nutritional yeast cornstarch , (cornflour in the UK) non-dairy milk prepared mustard, yellow, or dijon salt & pepper dried thyme 2 cups of mix-ins of choice (loads of ideas are in my blog post!)
