Cheesy Garlic Cruffin

Biscuits 2 cups of self rising flour. Mix in heavy whipping cream with a spoon until it feels right. Flour your surface and dump mixture onto it. Flour the top and press down and kneed by folding over maybe six times. Then flatten to half-inch to 3/4 of an inch and cut into biscuits. Place in a greased pan, spaced slightly, and bake for 10 minutes at 4:25. Then broil to slightly brown the tops if necessary. Once out of the oven, rub tops with a stick of butter.
