For this arrangement, I used one whole pack of mixed RONGFLOWER flowers and half of each pack of the remaining flowers and greenery. Tape the bottom of each floral arrangement so they don’t pop the balloons. I use painters tape so it’s easy to come off. . . 2. Take a rubber band and place around floral like in the video and then around 1 balloon of your choice! . . 3. Buy QUALITY balloons so when you’re pacing the rubber band around the balloons they won’t pop. . . This will hold the floral in place better especially if it’s heavy!
