My story began at the age of 13, when my desire to create recipes of my own became apparent. Taking original recipes and substituting with different ingredients, learning new techniques had become more than just a hobby; but a way of life. Little did I realize, I’d become an accomplished cook by the time I was nineteen. Family and friends always commenting about how good my cooking and baking skills had become. Stating it was up there with a 5-star chef’s rating. I could only wish!!!
