Today, it's a beautiful day. They make a really good dish. We make a champota. Now, this is a really fresh recipe. We got all the ingredient. We got everything fresh and we got everything chopped already in cube. And you eat one nice piece of bread and don't forget my chin chin salute, the glass wine. Now, for the ingredient, I got sweet pepper. I got the green, the yellow, and the red, and the hot pepper. Now, the green is for my garden and the hot pepper. I take all the seeds out already. I gotta potato, zucchini. I got a plum tomato. I'll take the skin out and I'll take the seeds out. I got a basil from my garden, onion, a garlic extra from my garden, and I got a eggplant. Okay, now we started with the champota. You need olive oil, all your deliver. We live warm up a little bit. I got over here already on your egg. This, when I was in Orsare in Italy, Champote was a number one of the farmer people. Okay, you got everything in the in the farm and you chop everything and you and you eat. On top of the champot, we was cooked a pasta too. Okay, let's start doing this. Oh, look how beautiful already. So nice. Now, we turn a little bit to this. You got this. Everything you gotta go at one time. Cut the champot it's like this. You cook all together. Oh, the smell already. Mwah. Okay. Plum a tomato. Zucchini. Potato. Oh Okay and we got it ink plane. Alright. You know what I do? After we leave it go down and we put the rest of the eggplant later on. An eggplant cook em up fast. Okay, see now it started to come down and I waited like a two or three more minute and we put the rest inside. And I don't wanna miss not over here. My zucchini, my eggplant, I gotta put everything because I want this ciambotta and the same like we was making in Italy. Ciambotta in Italy, it was number one for my orsara. Now, I don't know the rest of the place but ciambotta is a really good dish. Now, it come down and I make a little room over here, the space for putting the rest of the eggplant and we put it right over here. Okay, got more opener and I got more juice, the sauce, a wheat liver now. Cook right over here. Okay, now let's pour a little salt. I gotta see salt. Okay. You need a little. Okay. Now, black pepper. We give a little turn. Everything. Alright. Now, I wanna put a little basil. The basil, I'm not chop a little thin. I like when it's like this, a nice leaves. I got so much basil in my garden. I use a lot of basil. They basically give a good taste. And we give a turn on this two. They go in. And the juice and the sauce over here. Okay. Now, this what I do. I pour the gas and a million. Over here. Yeah, I gotta cover. I cover but once in a while, every couple of minute, make sure the turn get everything you gotta cook at the same time. And we cover Okay, let's check my ciambotta. Oh, it look really good. Look there. Oh, look everything is cooked. Couple of maybe five more minute. This will be ready and I wanna prepare toast my bread with the olive oil. Oreo de Oliva and now, let's go for the bread. Oliver, Oreo. It gotta go in the oven. Oh, look a nice color of this soil eh beautiful, beautiful, beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. Okay. Now, this you gotta come nice, crispy, crunchy, okay? When you eat, you gotta nice, crunchy. Now, this I got in the oven and already, it gotta go in the oven but for a minute, this it be ready. Let's take the bread out. Look how beautiful it look. Nice, nice color. Oh, it's uh okay. Now, the ciambotta. Look at nice and beautiful champota. Nice. Good. Okay. Let's just start with the ciambotta. Beautiful. It look really really good. And with the bread, look a nice toasted bread that I got over here. Nice, crispy. And a little tip. Oh, look at that. Pepper. Little spicy. It's really really the way I like. It look like I'm in Italy North Sara, not my farmer. Okay. Salute everybody. This is a really, really good dish. The bread, toasted bread, a nice glass of wine, and I wanna say, salute a chinchined everybody. Today, it's a beautiful day for this dish. Oh. Really really good. Pat, what are you making on the side? I got my beautiful steak. I got my barbecue and look a nice, beautiful steak I got over here. Oh, shrimp pamilia steak. Wow, beer. Of course, everything. Salt, black pepper, a little drop of oil, and this is the barbecue already. It's a 500 degree. I got a bottle of wine. I just open them. Side you can go eat outside. The mosquito chew you up. I got a little back over here thing. I gotta chew them up. Yeah, there it is. Yeah, so chew em up my legs. I got a skinny legs over here. The the the mosquito it show all my blood. When I was in the farm, my father was hours ago over there, we started to pick up everything and my mother, she was over there waiting already. He poured the fire over there and we started to cook and we was bring the nice bread. Big, big bread, big one and when you fill it up like this, you call it the the bread. Oh, I remember one time, we was go to friends, go to my sister. It was me, my brother, my mother, my father, and the train. Everybody was eating a little bit today. It's a little bit there and my father have a big big bag. He take this bread. Lettuce, just a big like this and with a knife. Everybody was taking out the nice wine. Before everything was good. You drink wine on the train. Everybody. It bring a lot of food. After the people are on the on the station, he was a pastor, somebody with a sandwich. It was I say, I gotta buy panini. Look at this one. Oh, you gonna give me peace? Why? You wanna piece? You give me one panini. I said, no, I don't want a panini. I got my bread over here. Hey, my father, he was give a nice piece of bread. Okay, a long time ago, he was like this. We was bringing everything. Not today. Maybe. No. No. No. No. No. No. No wine. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. Not this. No bread in the train. You wanna eat? You gotta go to some place to eat. Oh you gotta buy the okay. It's my story but now I gotta go cook at this. Got a champagne and this. Nice. Nice stink. Okay.
