Norma Berríos Silva on Instagram: "Receta⬇️ Camarones Bang Bang al estilo de restaurante en Puerto Rico INGREDIENTES 12 oz camarones crudos (16-20) pelados 2 Tz harina de trigo (separadas) 1/2 Tz maicena (fécula de maíz) 1 huevo 1/4 Tz agua Sal o sazonador a gusto Aceite para freír PARA LA SALSA 4 cdas rebozantes de mayonesa 2 cdtas miel 1/2 cdta sriracha (o a gusto) 1 cda agua INSTRUCCIONES: (Vas a necesitar 3 cuencos o bols medianos) 1- Coloca los camarones en un bol, sazona y mezcla con el huevo. 2- En otro bol, mezcla 1 1/2 Tz de harina y 1/2 Tz de maicena, con un poco de sal. 3- De esa mezcla, separa 2/3 Tz y añade a otro bol y mezcla con 1/4 Tz de agua o hasta que se ponga líquida la mezcla. 4- Añade 1/2 Tz de harina a los camarones e integra bien con las manos. For the filling: - 1lb lump crab meat - ½ cup breadcrumbs - ½ cup mayo - Handful roughly chopped parsley - 1 tbsp AP rub - Juice from 1 lemon - ½ cup shredded pepper jack cheese Remove the shells from the shrimp but leave the tail. Cut alongside the back of the shrimp, open it up and add a scoop of the filling. I like to make these in a cast iron skillet with a little butter and more AP rub on the top. This goes on the @webergrills Searwood at 275 degrees until the shrimp is cooked through, about 25 minutes or so. Remove, top with shredded parm, lemon juice and parsley. Receta ideal para este calor y para el verano, y más si lo acompañas con una Bohemia Cristal muy fría, que va perfecto con este platillo picosito y fresco @bohemiamx Ingredientes: •6 Tomatillos •3 dientes de ajo •2 tortilla •1 chile manzano •3 chiles serranos (quitar semillas si no quieren tan picante) •1/2 cebolla •2 cdas de jugo maggi •1 cda de salsa inglesa •jugo de 10 limones •800 gr de Camarones limpios y partidos en mariposa •1/2 cebolla morada partida en julianas •1/2 pepino en rodajas delgadas •aguacate •chile serrano para decorar •aceite de oliva •Sal y pimienta . Procedimiento: 1. Tatemar los tomatillos la cebolla, una tortilla y los chiles, 1/2 taza de jugo de limón, sal pimienta, minutos antes poner los ajos y cuando esté todo “tatemado” pasar a una licuadora, licuar bien 2. Pasar a un colador y reservar 3. En un bowl agregar los camarones, sal, pimienta y la cebolla morada, cubrir con el resto del jugo de limón, el punto es que queden bajo el limón.
