8 oz salted butter, room temp 
4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese 
2-3 cloves of garlic, minced up
1 T dried dill weed
1 T dried chives 
1 T garlic chive salt I love @josusalts 
1 tsp onion powder 
1 tsp garlic powder 
1 tsp white pepper 

🧈🧀 Combine the cream cheese and butter in a food processor until smooth then add the Parmesan and herbs. 

🥶Chill the mixture in the refrigerator until firm I chose to place it in plastic wrap to form two balls. 

🍽️ Serve with crackers, spread on toast, with veggies, on your tables, in all sorts of recipes!

8 cups water 
4 1/2 cup white vinegar 
1/2 cup pickling salt (kosher salt)

Preserve your onion skins (we like to keep them in a bag in a cool dry area until an accumulate the skins from about 6-8 onions).

🍂 Honey garlic chicken thighs:

Place approximately 1 pound of boneless skinless chicken thighs in the bottom of the crockpot. In a separate bowl whisk together 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce, 1/3 cup of ketchup, 1/3 cup of honey, minced garlic (measure with your heart), 1 tsp of ginger (I used ginger paste). Pour this mixture over top of the chicken thighs in the crockpot and cook on high for 4-5 hours! If you wish to thicken the sauce even more - mix together 2TBS cornstarch + 2TBS cold water in a separate bowl and transfer to the crockpot during the remaining 15 minutes of the cook time. I served mine over white rice with stir fry veggies on the side!

This is the main salad dressing I make on repeat and always have ready to grab in the fridge. It’s perfectly balanced and literally goes with everything! 

Garlic also goes well with it, but can go bitter in the dressing over time (while shallots/ onion remain perfect) so I don’t include if the plan is to make a big portion to store in the fridge. 

📍SAVE the recipe (makes 2 cups/ 500ml)

1 large shallot, finely chopped 
1/3 cup red or white wine vinegar 
1 lemon juiced (optional - you can also skip and increase the vinegar to 1/2 cup instead) 
4 tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 cup extra virgin olive oil (or grape seed oil)

RECIPE:
• 400g (1 2/3c) Warm Water, 86F/30C
• 20g (1 1/2T) Extra virgin olive oil
• 7g (2t) Instant Yeast
• 15g (1T) Salt
• 20g (2T) granulated sugar
• 680g (5 3/4c) All-purpose flour: 
Instructions:
- Mix warm water with olive oil, yeast, salt, and sugar then use a sturdy spook to gradually add 680g (about 5 1/3 cups) of all-purpose flour to the bowl and combine until flour has hydrated and has formed into a clump of dough.
- Switch to mixing with a soaking wet

This was one of the first things I stopped buying from the store and started making at home. Bought sauces are filled with many unnecessary sugars and ingredients. Its incredibly easy to make at home and even more delicious 🤌🏼 

What you need: 
-cherry or Roma tomatoes (cherry tomatoes will give you a slightly sweeter sauce) 
-1 head of garlic 
-1/2 a white onion chopped 
-olive oil
-salt & pepper 
-fresh basil 
-oregano 

How to: 

1. Preheat your oven to 400F. 
2. Spread the tomatoes and onion over a baking sheet (if they are Roma tomatoes, dice them into large pieces)

1 cup cottage cheese 
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder 
8 oz. Fettuccini (I use gluten-free) 

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Boil fettuccine according to package directions to an al dente texture and reserve about 1/2 cup of pasta water. 

For the sauce, put all the ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Add pasta water blender to loosen texture into a sauce. P

3 lbs cherry (or grape)  tomatoes, stems removed
1/2 cup olive oil, divided 
4 cloves garlic, sliced 
Pinch of chili flakes 
Handful  of fresh basil leaves
Kosher salt and freshly-ground black pepper, to taste

BOURSIN PORK TENDERLOINS | Serves 4

INGREDIENTS

2x 500g/1lb Pork Tenderloins, taken out of the fridge 30mins before needed
2 small Shallots, very finely diced
180ml / 3/4 cup low-salt Chicken Stock (I use 1x low-salt Oxo cube)
1x 150g/5.3oz block of Garlic & Herb Boursin Cheese, leave at room temp
1 tsp EACH: Salt, Black Pepper
1-2 tbsp Olive Oil
finely diced Fresh Parsley, to serve (optional)

METHOD

1️⃣Preheat oven to 200C/390F.  Pat the tenderloins dry then season all over with salt & pepper.
