Reduce back and neck pain, promote better posture, and feel strong with these back and shoulder exercises. I bounced back and forth between 8lb/4kg and 15lb/7kg dumbbells, depending on the move. Your job is to grab various dumbbells to challenge your body. 😉 Aim for 10 reps of each (both arms, where applicable), 3x through! Have a great workout, and don’t forget to “back that thang up” when you’re done!"
