Rena | Healthy Fitness Meals on Instagram: "Everyone is going crazy over this low carb cottage cheese flatbread that is made out of two ingredients so I decided to try it myself and I was quite impressed. You only need cottage cheese and eggs, but you can add in other seasonings which are optional. You need 1 cup cottage cheese 2 eggs Optional seasoning: 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder and 1 tsp Italian seasoning. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes. If you make it thin like I did, it only needed 35 minutes."
