Save them to make and keep following along for all the healthier treats 💕 🌟 1 1/4 cups dates, pitted 🌟 1/4 cup peanut butter 🌟 1/3 cup cacao powder 🌟 1/2 cup walnuts, plus a few extra for topping For the tahini frosting 🌟 150g tahini 🌟 250g raw chocolate Simply blend the brownie ingredients until you have a sticky mixture, then press into a lined square baking tin (mine is 8”). Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan with two inches of water in on a low heat then, stir in the tahini. Mix well, then pour this
Nimmy Deen on Instagram: "CHOCOLATE TAHINI FUDGE Only a handful of healthy ingredients, a spare 10 minutes and you’ve made a smooth decadent healthy freezer fudge 😊 Ingredients 1 cup tahini 3 Tbsps coconut oil 1 tsp vanilla 2 Tbsps maple syrup Pinch of salt 1/2 cup dark chocolate ( I used 85% cocoa) Mix the tahini, coconut oil, vanilla. maple syrup and salt. Pour half into a lined tray and d place in the freezer. Meanwhile melt the dark chocolate then add to the remaining tahini mixture. Remove tray from the freezer, pour the chocolate/ tahini mixture over the top and gently swirl. Place back in the freezer for 1-2 hours to harden then cut up and ENJOY!! Allison on Instagram: "Maple tahini drop cookies Drop because they’re too sticky to perfectly scoop with a mini ice cream scooper like I normally would. 1 tbsp ground flax + 3 tbsp water Mix & set aside 1/2 cup creamy/ pourable tahini 1/2 cup pure maple syrup 1/4 cup coconut sugar Pinch of salt Add your thickened flax egg 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda Mix well Then add 1 cup whole wheat flour ( also turns out delicious with almond flour) + fold in 1/4 cup dairy free chocolate chips Bake at 350°F for 14-15 minutes on parchment paper lined baking sheet I like to top mine with extra chocolate chips and some sliced almonds before baking but it’s totally optional :) Enjoy! #naptimecreations #momlife #healthycookies #cookies #maple #tahini #plantbased"
