5min · 6 servings INGREDIENTS • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats • 1/2 cup raw almonds (or no salt added) • 2 Tablespoons honey • 1/2 cup creamy almond butter • 3 tbsp coconut oil (melted) • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract • 1/2 cup chocolate chips • 1/4 cup m&ms, optional 1 tbsp chia seeds, optional DIRECTIONS Process the oats and almonds until a flour-like consistency is formed. • Add the remaining ingredients except for the M&Ms and chocolate chips, and process very well until everything is well-combined. (If you squeeze between fingers, mixture just stick, if mixture seems too dry, add 1-2 tablespoons of almond milk and process) • Gently mix in the M&Ms and chocolate chips. • Press the mixture into a 8x8 baking pan. Note: option to roll into balls for energy bites!
