Zutaten: 1 Stange Lauch 200 g Champignons 250 g Kritharaki Nudeln 1 L Wasser Salz, Knoblauch 150 g Kräuterfrischkäse Zubereitung: Lauch, Champignons und Gewürze anbraten. Nudelm und Wasser dazugeben und 10 Minuten köcheln lassen. Frischkäse einrühren und nochmal kurz aufkochen.
