How to deal with shame
Shame is the antagonist of self-love. Because an emotion cannot flow freely if it’s bound by shame. Shame says: ➡️ “I am a bad person for feeling this” With these beliefs, the emotional energy gets bound and suppressed. 👉🏼Now imagine this... You enter a space where the emotion gets FULLY allowed in, validated, and seen as a teacher. There is no need to shame it away anymore. Creating a container of safety so the natural release mechanism of the body gets activated.
