The ingredients used in this is to make one big meal prep to then portion equally into 5 servings !!  * �get 600g raw chicken breast and dice into cubes ‼️  * �season with tablespoon garlic powder, Tbsp. Cumin tbsp oregano , lemon juice and tbsp. Olive oil🫒.  * �mix together & cook on a pan on high heat for 10-15 mins until sizzling brown or air fry or oven for 15 mins @ 220 °C🔥  * �then set vour chicken aside and on medium heat add  - ��30g light butter 🧈  - ��tbsp Garlic 🧄  - ��tsp oregano 🌿  - lemon juice🍋  - ��70ml Light soy sauce‼️  - ��15g of 🍯 honey  - ��Add cooked chicken and Stir together and let it simmer for 10 mins on medium heat until sticky 😍  - ��Finish with parsley  - ��Meanwhile cook 200g of uncooked washed rice ( will equal roughly 630g cooked rice)🍚  - Add to
