Skip the cooking spray and use olive oil or butter. Cooking spray has an aftertaste. Don't believe me? Stop using it for a while. That and shortening. Not only will you taste it, after that...it'll make you sooo sick. (Which is a pretty good sign that you shouldn't be eating that shit)
