You can make these the night before and you’ll have a ready breakfast waiting in the fridge when you wake up!🤩 Ingredients: • 1 mashed banana* • 1/2 cup oats or buckwheat flakes (120 ml) • 3/4 cup almond milk (180 ml) • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional) • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional) • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon toppings: • 1 tablespoon peanut butter • a few banana slices or some berries Instructions: • 1.
