1hr 30min · 8 servings Ingredients • 3/4 cup warm milk • 1/4 cup warm water • 1 packet instant yeast • 3 tbsp light brown sugar • 1/3 cup honey • 2 large eggs • 2 tbsp vanilla extract • 1/2 cup softened butter • 5 1/2 cups all purpose flour • 7oz pearl sugar (bought mine on Amazon) Preparation: • Mix your milk, water and yeast in a large bowl • Add sugar, honey, eggs, vanilla and mix at medium speed with a hand mixer until well combined (you can use a stand mixer too) • Add butter and keep mixing (it will look clumpy at first, but will incorporate once you add flour) • While mixing start adding your flour. Keep incorporating until well combined and the dough starts to form! • Finish combining the dough by hand, then transfer to a clean bowl, over and let rest for 1 hou
