Summary:

We are seeking a talented Senior Marketing Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating visually compelling assets for various digital platforms. This role requires a creative individual who can collaborate effectively with our marketing team to produce designs that communicate key messages and adhere to brand guidelines. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a variety of marketing assets, including social media ads, landing pages, eBooks (templates provided), brochures, and more.
• Produce high-quality designs that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Meet project deadlines and deliver exceptional work under tight timelines.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and ensure they meet project goals.
• Manage your workload independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing initiatives.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required
• Degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity
• Previous experience as a marketing designer, preferably in an agency capacity.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills.
• Experience with Unbounce and HubSpot is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage workload independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Bonus Points: Animation skills for creating engaging social media ads (preferred but not required).
