We are looking for a Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Engaging, identifying, and documenting customer programs needs

• Tracking customer programs status in ADO ( Azure Devops as a tracking and project management tool)

• Scheduling and running recurring SCRUM meetings with customers and engineers.

• Proactively identifying and communicating gaps in deliverables, milestones, and technical deliverables.

• Helping tech leads align their work to business requirements.

• Curating our groups' services documentations, including walkthrough decks, videos, and demos.

• Onboarding (demonstrating, hands-on walkthroughs) new customers to our services.

• Summarizing customer program engagements on a weekly basis (highlights, lowlights, blockers, next action items...)

• Working with leadership to identify potential new growth areas and needs that might arise from the field.

• Required level of English Proficient: Advanced
