About the opportunity:

We are looking for a passionate Project Manager to join the PMO (Project Management Office) assisting with initiatives and creating metrics, standards, and management models. Required Qualifications: Nice to Have:

• This opportunity requires a hybrid model work, going 1x per week to the office. We are open for Belo Horizonte, São Paulo, and Rio de Janeiro locations. Responsibilities:
• Handle a variety of projects such as software development, data structuring, cloud migration, and artificial intelligence.
• Lead the team, ensuring project delivery on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
• Oversee and coordinate various projects within the organization.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Work closely with stakeholders, team members, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Operations, Software Development, and Quality Engineering teams to resolve any business or technical impediments.
• Develop and drive project plans with well-defined milestones.
• Coordinate project activities with all affected areas, including end users and other internal groups.
• Proven experience in project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Communication, leadership, proactive attitude, project management knowledge, and agile practices.
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
• Advanced English.
• Experience in managing project budgets and resources to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
• PMP Certification, PSM certification
