What we look for:
Professional with experience in developing and executing strategies aimed at boosting brand recognition and promoting institutional campaigns focused on product growth
Identify optimization opportunities through data analysis and studies, ensuring that our strategies are highly effective and scalable
Closely monitor competitor tactics, using benchmarking and market analysis to inform our own strategies. Define highly targeted target segments, using advanced customer data analytics and performance metrics to optimize each campaign
Prepare executive reports and presentations that not only inform but also inspire data-driven strategic action. Ensure consistent and effective brand management by incorporating customer feedback and performance analytics to continually adjust our approach
Oversee partnerships with agencies and media, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with our growth objectives
Closely monitor product key performance indicators, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth
Develop growth hacking strategies to increase organic and direct traffic, using creative tactics and detailed analysis to drive results
Manage lead generation campaigns through paid traffic (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads) and implement SEO strategies to improve organic positioning
Demonstrate proficiency in a variety of organic traffic and social media analysis and control tools, including Google Analytics, Facebook Page and Audience Insights, Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Insights, Mlabs, Socialbakers, Hootsuite, among others
Differences:
Direct management of designers, internal or external, to guarantee the quality and consistency of creations
Active management of the fan community, proactively responding and interacting on social media to strengthen engagement with the brand
Practical experience in brand activation and exchange, with direct involvement in the implementation of strategies
Operational experience in Public Relations, including development of communications, events and influencer management
Hands-on experience in specific sectors, such as technology, mobility, hospitality/travel or marketplaces, bringing valuable insights to marketing strategies
