Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of complex projects. The ideal candidate will possess a background managing Marketing projects alongside marketing teams, strong project management skills, exceptional communication and organizational abilities, and the ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals.

Qualifications

  • Advanced English Knowledge: upper intermediate, advanced or proficient.
  • Academic Background: Bachelor in Marketing, business administration, communications, engineering, or a related field.
  • Project Management background and experience, at least one (1) year working in Waterfall, Agile, and/or SCRUM Methodologies, i.e., timelines, Gantt charts, task creation, ticketing systems, and Kanban.
  • Experience with B2B companies
  • Experience with project management tools such as Clickup.
  • Experience managing Marketing projects alongside marketing teams.

Technical Knowledge & Hard Skills

  • Project Management background and a least one (1) year working in Project Management: Waterfall, Agile (SCRUM, Kanban) Methodologies.
  • At least one (1) year of experience working with project management tools such as Click-up, Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday, etc.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, content writing, and branding.
  • Basic understanding of graphic design concepts and managing design requests: Image file formats, sizes and resolutions, aspect ratios, bleeds and margins, file types for printing.
  • Basic notion of web development concepts: HTML, PHP, CSS, and CMS systems like WordPress. Web hosting, SSL, web analytics, and Integration to payment gateways.
  • Budget management , 1 year of experience in tracking and control of project expenditures.
  • Customer Service Experience.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management Full Process (all stages and managing budgets depending on Methodology and the project type).
  • Update PMO and executive team on project tasks progress. Manage project roadblocks.
  • Act as liaison between the PMO and the company's internal teams (administrative and production teams).
  • Support the creation, implementation, and maintenance of PMO policies and procedures regarding internal activities and projects, and also related to other internal areas of the company.
  • Establish the ideal tools to monitor and track the progress of projects for the PMO.
  • Support the monitoring and follow-up to completion of the yearly company goals and the annual PMO-specific goals and objectives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and escalate risks associated with project budget consumption in liaison with the PMO.
