Position Summary

You will play a vital role in supporting the design team by creating production tech packs and files, managing product data, and organizing visual assets. You'll work closely with internal and external partners to bring brand stories to life, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to licensing guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic/Art Design or related field
  • Knowledge of brand licensing procedures.
  • Strong understanding of the printing process on garments
  • Prior experience with licensed brands and licensed apparel.
  • Previous experience working B2B, with Startup companies and American Clients. Professional English Level.

Responsibilities

  • Set up art files for production.
  • Set up packaging files for all licenses
  • Production revisions
  • Attend meetings with licensors to learn about each license
  • Email correspondence with design, production, sales, and licensing divisions

Main Tools

  • Discord: Categories and Channels
  • Google Suite: Google Drive, Corporate Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive for Desktop
  • Microsoft Office: Word, Excel
  • Discord: Categories and Channels
  • Hubstaff: Web App and Desktop App
  • Zoom: Meetings and Breakout room

Technical Knowledge & Hard Skills

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with a strong understanding of their design principles and functionalities.
  • Experience or strong understanding of brand licensing procedures and regulations.
  • Experience with file management and organization systems.
  • Experience working with brand style guides.

Soft Skills

  • Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for visual consistency and quality.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Team player with effective communication and collaboration skills
