Key Responsibilities


  • Implementing business strategies from head office, and responsible for setting sales targets, developing strategies to expand the customer base, and promoting products or services to achieve sales goals. Building and maintaining relationships with key clients.
  • Responsible for local team training and providing support, guidance, and motivation to ensure that team members are properly trained and equipped to perform their roles effectively;
  • Initiate the plan of channel expansion in terms of traditional trade, modern trade, B2B and E-commerce with strong execution, include key distributors and key account development, sales network building, sales team incentive etc.;
  • Managing new customer development and adjustment of unqualified customers in different regions in terms of stationery, tools, office machine etc.;
  • Implementing marketing activities, such as promotion events, image store construction, advertisement, school activities and social media branding etc.;
  • Formulating price policy, sales policy and promotion policy with strong implement;
  • Responsible for product and category promotion and ensure execution with sales team;
  • Assist in making local product development plan and key customer stock management with sales team.


Desired Skills and Experience


  • Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant major of sales and marketing
  • 7 - 10+ years’ experience of sales and marketing, must have stationery or office supply industry background
  • Candidates with previous experience in companies such as BIC, CRAYOLA, NEWELL BRANDS, PELIKAN, KORES, AZOR, NORMA, MAPED, or similar in the stationary industry are highly preferred
  • Able to travel frequently in surrounding countries
  • High abilities of execution of projects, excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Should be open-minded, flexible, humble, proactive and self-motivated mindset
  • English speaking and writing is a must, other local languages preference.
