Introduction

We are seeking a Collaborative Demand Planner SR. to join our Supply Chain Management team. You will be responsible for proactively improving visibility of consolidated current and future demand through the internal supply chain, ensuring on-time delivery and preparing for future demand requirements to drive long-term customer satisfaction. Your role plays a crucial part in contributing to our business.

In this position, you will report to the Collaborative Demand Planner Manager.

This position is mainly located in Sorocaba/SP and it involves up to 10% of travel.

Team you belong to

You will join a team of planning and supply chain experts dedicated to optimizing demand and production planning to improve on-time delivery performance and customer satisfaction. We are currently working on Collaborative Planning Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) projects, long-term capacity and resource planning.

We work closely with internal/external stakeholders, such as sales teams, production managers and key customers.

The members in our team are located in Brazil, Chile and Peru.

What You’ll Do


  • Analyze sales demand and communicate information across the business for effective demand and production planning.
  • Aggregate and prioritize customer demand and available plant capacities.
  • Analyze lead times, identify critical path procurements and create/release requisitions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact to prioritize demand and expedite requests during times of capacity constraints.
  • Participate in long-term capacity and resource planning for new and existing product lines.
  • Lead and follow-up on the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
  • Work with the sales organization to gather reliable forecast data and ensure consistent sources of supply.
  • Implement CPFR projects to improve efficiency, on-time delivery, and inventory management.


Who You Are


  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Proven experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or a related role.
  • CPFR experience (Preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) tools.
  • Experience with inventory management and familiarity with Bill-of-Materials (BOM) requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Advanced English and desirable Spanish.
  • Practice with the SAP.
