Responsibilities

The Opportunity

  • Responsible for implementing the Trade Marketing strategies in the DTS Channel (Small Retail)
  • Responsible for monitoring and developing the channel's KPIs;
  • Fulfillment of the investment plan of Trade Marketing actions.
  • Work with Managers and Divisions in the development of actions for customers and/or region;
  • Support actions for the development of KPIs;
  • Apply training to the sales team: Execution of the Perfect Store
  • Present product launches, action calendar and shopper study to the sales team
  • Interface with Peer areas: Finance, Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing Strategy
  • Merchandising Materials & Racks Implementation Management

Your Impact

As Analista de Trade Marketing Senior your functions would consist of:

  • Identify market opportunities and implement action plans to gain market share
  • Support the development of brand campaigns and promotions
  • Monitor channel performance indicators and implement recovery/development action plans
  • Communication of incentive campaigns for the sales team to leverage volume and Net Sales
  • Support the implementation of merchandising materials
  • Develop with peer areas and external suppliers execution solutions for the sales team

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Education/Course: Complete higher education course in Marketing, Administration, Economics or similar areas.
  • Languages: Desirable English or Spanish
  • Experience:
    • Desirable previous experience in Trade Marketing (Small Retail)
    • Desirable knowledge of the dynamics of each sales channel
    • Communication and interpersonal relationships
    • Analytical ability
    • Execution capacity - proactive
  • Excel and Power Point: Advanced
  • Nielsen Advisor, Nielsen Retail Index: Advanced
