    Business Incubators have an important accountability to disseminate and strengthen the entrepreneurial culture. In the case of a high-impact incubator, it is also important for the socio-economic development, because this kind of incubator not only supports entrepreneurs in the development of innovative ideas, but also aims to transform these ideas into successful ventures. Based on this context, the following article aims to identify relevant factors for the development of high impact incubation programs regarding the reality of the Brazilian Entrepreneur. For this, a multiple and longitudinal case study was carried out to understand the macro strategy of a high impact incubator from a developed country, as well as its business model, with the purpose of making a comparison between the high impact incubator studied and the perspective of incubation programs in Brazil.
