Sobre

Over the past 20 years, I've held leadership roles in strategic planning, account management, commercial development, social sustainability, and corporate affairs. I've fostered partnerships and delivered value-driven solutions and programs in these roles, resulting in primary health information exchange programs and bundled payment agreements. As a strategy leader across Latin America, I have contributed to a positive market impact by defining the social investing plan, designing and managing a portfolio of programs, and establishing strategic collaborations to improve equitable access to quality care, strengthen the health workforce, and advocacy and shape public policy. I managed a robust budget, contracts, and a regional team. I worked collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external multisectoral stakeholders (NGOs, country governments, multilateral health organizations, foundations, private sector innovators, and others) at the local and global levels.

My leadership and achievements have been recognized, as evidenced by my appointment to the prestigious Enterprise Woman Leadership Global Program and the honor of receiving the DEI Honors Award at the J&J family of companies. Externally, as a Fellow of The League of Entrepreneurs and Responsible Leader of BMW Foundation Herbert Quandt, I am connected with intrapreneurs and leadership minds worldwide.

My passion for sports reflects my journey as a marathon runner, plus eleven races, looking to complete the Six Majors.

I am deeply committed to professional development and excellence, as evidenced by the Advanced Management Program at Columbia Business School NY, Social Finance at Oxford University, and Executive MBA at Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV). I also have a Public Health Post Degree at São Paulo University. I am enrolled in the ESG Investing Certificate at CFA.
