You’ve just joined a new team. How can you adapt to its culture and work style?
Observing, Listening and building relationships are key. Since I'm the new kid in the block I need to adapt to the Team and not expect that they adapt to me. Adapting to a new team's culture is a gradual process, being open-minded and respectful will help to integrate into the Team.

Engaging in outdoor exercises, desk stretches, and workout sessions. Find the balance that works and make physical fitness an integral part of the routine. We also have a vibrant community on the internal app, where everyone can share their progress, connect with like-minded individuals, and draw inspiration from collective achievements.

Alternative work schedules or setups that differ from the traditional office model allow employees to adjust their work hours, and location to help them have a better quality of life and still meet the company's work requirements. Offering Remote Work, Flextime (where employees have the flexibility to choose their start and end times within certain limits), 4 Days Week Work (Employees work the same number of hours per week but over fewer days, and Part-Time Work are good examples of achieving this goal
