Last month, our Romanian team celebrated Women in Engineering at the Iasi plant with a special event for the local WISE (Women In Science and Engineering) Community. The event attracted around 80 participants who engaged in inspiring discussions, as colleagues shared their passion for technology and personal stories. Women managers and professors from Iasi Technical University captivated the audience with their experiences and paths to success. Our PHINIA Iasi plant manager praised their remarkable work and reinforced his commitment to supporting their professional growth. Now, the women in engineering from Iasi have their own community – #WISE – dedicated to encouraging women to pursue technical careers. 👩🔬✨ #WomenInEngineering

Taking care of one another is part of who we are. ❤️ On this World Blood Donor Day, we couldn't miss the chance to thank our Romanian employees who joined this special cause. Our 3rd Blood Donation Campaign at PHINIA Iași was a heartwarming success! We saw a 10% increase in donors compared to last time, including some first-time donors among our colleagues. Huge thanks to everyone who donated - you’re lifesavers! Your initiative makes a real difference.

Proud to be part of the biggest student event at Tudor Vladimirescu Campus last month! Our volunteers from Romania brought energy and enthusiasm throughout the entire day. The PHINIA tent was a highlight for the young students, who were excited about the technology demonstrations and career opportunities we presented. "The Technical University of Iași inspired our investment in this community over 15 years ago, and we continue to support it," said Andreia Zaharia, HR Director FS Europe. "Our doors are always open at PHINIA." The event wrapped up with a spectacular concert by Carla’s Dreams, making it a night to remember! Year after year, the event grows and gets even better. We're proud to be part of it! ❤️
