📣 🌍 Nairobi – Kenya. Hubbard Efficiency Plus Poultry School held June 19-20, 2024   Our Hubbard team was delighted to host Kenyan customers in Nairobi for the first Hubbard Efficiency Plus Poultry School. Baptiste Nevejans (Technical Area Manager) and Jean Le Bec (Sales Area Manager) organised a very educational seminar for no less than 14 Breeder Managers from all parts of Kenya. The program offered in-depth presentations on key topics and a workshop session that also allowed for numerous exchanges and testimonies of field experiences.   During this event we had the pleasure of John Dantier's presence. John is the Sales and Technical representative for AVIPRO East Africa Ltd., Hubbard's distributor of the Hubbard Efficiency Plus in the region. He provided a clear insight into how AVIPRO East Africa Ltd. works hard to always serve their customers better with many continuous positive actions.   The Hubbard Efficiency Plus is confirmed to be the breed of choice for the Kenyan market thanks to its impressive performance at both parent and broiler levels.   Hubbard once again thanks all participants for their commitment, motivation and great participation during this training session. 📣 🌍 France – Courtenay - Les 6 et 7 juin 2024 Hubbard a organisé la première édition des Journées R&D Hubbard.   « La Sélection Hubbard Premium : Caractéristiques et Perspectives », tel a été le sujet choisi pour réunir des accouveurs indépendants français clients Hubbard, début juin dans la région de Courtenay (89).   Autour de cette thématique, Nicolas Neyra (Responsable Commercial France) a tout d’abord présenté les derniers développements Premium Hubbard sur le marché français et les évolutions attendues. Frédéric Fagnoul (Directeur R&D Premium) a détaillé ensuite le programme de Sélection Premium Hubbard, portant sur un socle de mesures traditionnelles complété par des apports majeurs de haute technologie. Enfin, Claude Toudic (Chef de Produits Premium) a présenté les performances Poulets de chair Premium avec une attention particulière portée sur les souches Label et le nouveau concept ECC.   Après un déjeuner dégustation dans une auberge traditionnelle, le groupe s’est rendu sur le Centre de Sélection Premium Hubbard où l’équipe de Frédéric Fagnoul a chaleureusement accueilli les participants. La visite des équipements de pointe a permis à tous les accouveurs de mieux comprendre les objectifs et les effets notamment de l’utilisation du CT Scan et des stations d’analyse du comportement alimentaire des animaux (« Feed Station ») dans l’amélioration continue des performances du programme de sélection Hubbard.   Cette première édition des Journées R&D Hubbard a été très appréciée, donnant lieu à de vrais échanges entre l’équipe Hubbard et les participants, et à des visites inédites dans une ambiance détendue et instructive.   La journée s’est achevée sous un beau soleil curtinien, autour d’un dernier rafraichissement dans la satisfaction générale !   👉 Après l’été, retrouvez l’équipe Support Hubbard lors du grand rendez-vous filière au salon du SPACE à Rennes – Hall 10 Stand E97. 👉 communication@hubbardbreeders.com #Hubbard #HubbardPremium #France

🐣 People behind the scene 🌎 Brazil - We were very pleased to commemorate Livia Mara Felipe’s 10th anniversary working with Hubbard. Livia is based in Brazil and joined Hubbard on April 2014. She initially joined the Production Department and transferred to providing breeder management support to customers. Livia has been and continues to be very committed and dedicated to both customers and colleagues. In her current position as Parent Stock Management Specialist, Livia works to strengthen relationships with Hubbard’s customers in Brazil and has assisted them to achieve the best results with the Hubbard breeds. We sincerely look forward to continue working with Livia for a long time to come. 🌐 🐓 Hubbard Customer Support around the world Panamá – May 21-23 - The Hubbard Latin American team recently organised a Grand Parent Management Seminar in Panamá City for Hubbard Efficiency Plus GP Customers from various countries in Latin America.   Attendees from more than 10 different nationalities participated in the presentations provided by Hubbard Customer Support experts and distinguished consultants. It was an excellent opportunity for the growing Hubbard base in Latin America to hear, firsthand, about the latest investments and technologies that Hubbard has undertaken at Research & Development level, while strengthening relationships among our customers. Les équipes techniques des clients français ont répondu largement à cette session de partage et d’échanges, créant ainsi une formidable opportunité de se retrouver entre experts de la reproduction de volailles de chair. Lors de la première demi-journée en salle plénière, le Support Client Hubbard a partagé une revue du Marché Français, puis de la Sélection Génétique Hubbard, de la Nutrition des Souches Premium et de la Gestion des Œufs à Couver. Des ateliers interactifs ont été organisés au cours de la deuxième demi-journée. Ils ont permis d’échanger sur des sujets de management tels que la « Gestion des Programmes Lumineux » ou la « Gestion des Reproducteurs Mâles ». Les différents Responsables Techniques de nos clients ont ainsi eu l’occasion de partager leurs expériences terrain et les bonnes pratiques d’élevage. Cette première édition a été une vraie réussite avec pas moins de 45 participants venus de toute la France : une réunion de professionnels pour rencontrer l’équipe Support Hubbard France, connaitre les derniers développements de la filière et échanger dans une ambiance conviviale et chaleureuse. 🌐 🐓 Hubbard Customer Support around the world Recently, Hubbard had the pleasure to welcome members of the breeder and broiler management team of Cairo 3A Poultry , the Hubbard Efficiency Plus distributor in Egypt, in France. The 3-day training included field visits to (Great) Grand Parent farms to discuss various management key topics in the rearing and production phases. A visit to feed mill “Le Men” allowed to exchange on points such as heat treatment of the feed and sourcing of raw materials. Furthermore, the latest updates on topics such as nutrition, biosecurity & health, ventilation, incubation, and male management have been highlighted during additional training sessions. Hubbard and Cairo 3A confirm and acknowledge the excellent performances of the Hubbard Efficiency Plus breeders and broilers in the field. The objective is obviously to continue to improve the performances, so that the Hubbard Efficiency Plus breed remains the best choice for Cairo 3A customers. The training ended with a very nice team lunch hosted by Olivier Rochard, CEO of Hubbard, during which was highlighted the excellent performance of Cairo3A during the past two years, with accelerated growth and enhanced quality - he awarded the team with training and appreciation certificates. We would like to express our greatest thanks to the Le Men feed mill for welcoming the group and sharing their knowledge, and of course also to the trainees for their active contribution and exchanges with the Hubbard Support Team. 📣 China – May 18-20 - The Hubbard Customer Support Team took part to the 21st Edition of the China Animal Husbandry Expo (CAHE) in Nanchang, capital city of Jiangxi province, China. Our booth received many visitors who took the opportunity to come and meet with our team and to exchange about Hubbard’s wide breed portfolio. This includes the Hubbard Efficiency Plus conventional breed and many Hubbard Premium breeds. The Hubbard team also took the opportunity to spend time with the Hubbard Efficiency Plus Grand Parent customer “Yisheng”, including a traditional evening dinner to celebrate our many years of successful cooperation.
