A WORK IN PROGRESS
This section will be looking at a number of areas such as recruitment and selection, and military training for the Indian Armed Forces, as highlighted below.
Recruitment and Selection
Recruitment and selection for the Indian Armed Forces is a non-unified process, meaning recruitment and selection is undertaken by the branch of military service the candidate has applied to join. Although all candidates will go through the same basic steps some, for example pilots, may have additional steps to undertake.
