Aircraft seen in action include the F-8 Crusader, A-6 Intruder and F/A-18 Hornet, which carry the latest computer controlled missiles and radar-jamming equipment.
Dogfight: Mystery of the Red Baron 2002 (1) Documentary about Baron Manfred von Richthofen, or “the Red Baron”, and particularly the events leading to his death when he was gunned down over the Somme Valley by an anonymous Allied serviceman on 21st April 1918. Re-creates the battle using CGI graphics, real-time flying and forensic detection. It also charts the development of aerial dog-fighting and how minor technical innovations altered the balance of power.
