Bookouture acquire emotional women’s fiction series by Laura Sweeney

We are delighted to share the news that Publishing Executive Imogen Allport has acquired World All Language rights (including audio, film and TV) for three novels in a new emotional and uplifting time-split women’s fiction series, set along the southeast English coast, from debut author Laura Sweeney. The first novel in the series will publish in July 2025.

Imogen says,

‘I am absolutely thrilled to be working with Laura on her gorgeous, escapist women’s fiction series about family secrets and second chances. I was completely blown away by Laura’s writing and when I finished her first book with tears rolling down my cheeks, I knew it was special. I am so excited to welcome her to Bookouture and I know that readers around the world will fall in love with her writing, just as I have done.’
