Bookouture re-sign contracts with thriller authors Rose and Shiner

We’re delighted to announce the acquisition of three more books from Willow Rose. Associate Publisher Jennifer Hunt acquired World All Language rights, including film and TV.

Jennifer says,

‘Willow is an incredible writer who knows exactly what her readers want. Her ability to come up with complex, emotional crimes, and twists galore, has been exciting to witness in the last year, as we’ve launched the Billie Ann Wilde series into the world. She has some spine-tingling, heart-wrenching, stay-up-all-night-to-read books in the works, and I’m very proud to get to bring them out to her loyal readership, and readers out there who are yet to discover her books.’

Willow says,

‘Working with Bookouture and my editor Jennifer Hunt has so far been a great pleasure. They know what I want and need, and take care of all the practical stuff so I can focus on just my writing. This is a dream for me since now I can do what I love the most, which is to create my stories and share them with my readers.’

We are also excited to announce that we have signed a new two-book deal with bestselling author Emily Shiner. Associate Publisher Kelsie Marsden acquired world all languages, film, TV and audio rights directly from the author for two new psychological thriller titles. Both books will publish in 2025.

Kelsie says,

‘Emily is the dream thriller author—she knows exactly what readers in the genre want and she gives it to them by the bucket load! Every time a new draft lands in my inbox I know I’m in for a total treat and I always race through the pages. Drama and unexpected moments galore!
