Reporting directly to Group President and Chief Executive Officer Jonathan Zaffino, Michael will oversee Ascot's Legal and Compliance teams, bringing his extensive expertise to our organization.   John Gill has been promoted to U.S. General Counsel, after serving as Ascot U.S. Associate General Counsel, SVP, Regulatory & Compliance.
