Today, its successor has arrived, HiFiMAN's new SUSVARA UNVEILED. Capable of revealing even more musical detail with its grill-less ear cups, the new open-back sells for $8000 and features a freshly developed new diaphragm along with Magnetic Veils that fit over the cups when not in use.

The Susvara Unveiled boasts a metallic silver conductor layer leveraging its highly conductive properties. Sensitivity has been elevated and resistance is lower, making the Susvara Unveiled much easier to drive - a welcome achievement! High-end audio performance demands an increased sense of airiness, and the Susvara Unveiled delivers this in abundance.
HIFIMAN’s Stealth Magnet technology is also incorporated and features their proven asymmetrical, double-sided magnetic circuit. The Stealth system maximizes efficient transmission of sound and control, dropping distortion to extremely low levels for naturally warm sound, masterful imaging, and incredible transparency.
CNC-created Magnetic Veils protect the grill-less ear cups from damage and magnetic absorption when not in use.
